结合现代项目管理理论,在分析电网工程管理现状的基础上,提出进度管理和动态控制办法,以及项目费用优化办法,为电网工程项目管理提供了新的思路和理念,确保工程项目管理全过程达到精益化,尽早发挥项目的最大效益。
It introduces not only the management of schedule and the method of tendency control on the basis of the present situation analysis of electrical net engineer, but also the method of item expenses optimization, which provide a new thought to manage the electrical net engineer so as to elaborate the most benefit of the item.
