摘要
为了研究氧化锌阀片粉体的均匀性对其综合性能的影响,通过控制高能球磨时间得到了不同的氧化锌阀片粉体,并做成多孔电极,运用交流阻抗和电位一电容法对电极进行了测试,以探索混合粉体的均匀性与其电化学性能之间的关系。结果表明,随着氧化锌与混合添加剂粉体混合时间的延长,其阻抗减小;Mott-Schottky分析表明,混合粉体为n型半导体,且随着混合时间的延长Mort—Schottky关系曲线的直线段的斜率增大。
The properties of ZnO varistor were influenced by the uniformi- ty of powders. The ZnO varistor powder was prepared by controlling the time of high -energy ball milling and then was compacted and made into electrodes. The electrochemical properties of different electrode were in- vestigated in 0.5 mol/L NaCl solution by AC impedance spectroscopy and potential-capacitance method combing with Mott-Schottky analysis.The results revealed that the impedance decreased and the powder in the electrolyte was a n tape semiconductor, the slope of Mott-Schottky line increased along with the time of mixing in the ball-mill.
