摘要
以不锈钢舱化学品船的货舱区域平行舯体为模型来计算温差应力,并用于整个货舱区域。计算得出的温度载荷反映了航行和停泊状态下的满载和部分装载状态;将温差应力与静水弯曲应力、波浪弯曲应力以及液货和海水产生的静应力和动应力进行合成,最终结果对照许用应力,对全船和局部弯曲强度进行校核;同时研究了由于温差应力的存在对桁材轴向弯曲和剪应力、失稳强度、焊接(型式和尺寸)、开口(形状,位置,局部加强等)的影响。
In this article, the thermal stress is studied based on a model of parallel mid body in hold area on chemical ship with stainless steel tank. The loading condition including full load and partial load both in sea going and harbour have been examined combined with still water bending stress, wave bending stress and static/dynamic stress from liquid cargo and sea water, to evaluate the structure strength in concern with permissible stress. The effects of thermal stress on girder peculiarity such as axial bending and sheer stress, bucking strength, welding ( pattern and dimension) , continuum, force transfer after direction change of face plate, the hole ( shape, position, local strengthen and so on) are also studied.
