摘要
反思现行高职高专院校毕业生就业评估实效性的缺失,首次分析就业评估危机,从教育管理部门、高职高专院校自身和社会三个方面提出增强就业评估实效性的途径,并论述构建就业评估实效性体系应坚持的原则。
The paper reflects upon the absence of the effectiveness of the exisiting assessment of higher vocational graduate employment,analyzes the crisis of assessment of higher vocational graduate employment for the first time,puts forward the methods to strengthen the effectiveness of assessment from the aspects of education management departments,higher vocational colleges and society.Moreover,the paper discusses the principles which should be adhered to in establishing the employment assessment effectiveness system.
