摘要
将粒子图像测速(PIV)技术应用到喷气织机主喷嘴流场测试系统,对观测的粒子图进行处理得到主喷出口速度、矢量图、等速度场图、出口速度衰减图,经分析讨论,得到主喷嘴最大速度范围和速度衰减范围。实验结果揭示了主喷嘴流场分布情况,为数值模拟和进一步研究提供了参考。
The particle image velocimetry (PIV) is applied in main nozzle flow field test system, handling ohserivation particle photo, velocity, vectorgraph, velocity contour, velocity attenution can be obtained. After anlyzing and discussing, range of maximum velocity and velocity attenution of main nozzle can be acqured. Result of experiment reveals the distribution of main nozzle flow field, it also provides the reference for simulation and furher research.
