摘要
以马来酸酐(MA)、丙烯酸(AA)和N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮(NVP)为聚合单体,以过硫酸铵为引发剂,合成聚马来酸酐-丙烯酸-N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮(MA-AA-NVP)三元共聚物。探讨了单体质量配比、引发剂用量、单体滴加时间及反应温度对共聚物分散性的影响,优化了共聚物的合成条件。结果表明:MA-AA-NVP三元共聚物优化合成条件为:m(AA)∶m(MA)∶m(NVP)=6∶2∶0.8,引发剂用量为单体总质量的4.5%,单体的滴加时间为1.5 h,聚合温度为75℃;与MA-AA二元共聚物及NVP-AA的二元共聚物相比,MA-AA-NVP三元共聚物具有更好的分散性,其与非离子表面活性剂复配的皂洗剂具有更好的防沾色性。
The maleic anhydride-acrylic acid-N-vinyl pyrrolidone terpolymer is prepared with ammonium persulphate as initiator, maleic anhydride (MA), acrylic acid(AA)and N-vinyl pyrrolidone(NVP)as polymeric monomer. The effect of polymer reaction condition such as monomer ratio, initiator amount, the dropping time of monomer and the reaction temperature on the dispersity of the terpolymer are studied, and the synthesis conditions of terpolymer are optimized. The results showed that the optimized synthesis conditions are: m(AA) : m(MA) : m(NVP)is 6 : 2: 0.8, the amount of the initiator is 4. 5%, the dropping time of monomer is 1.5h, and the polymerization temperature is 75℃. The dispersity of the terpolymet is better than that of MA-AA or NVP- AA biopolymer, and the anti-staining property of the mixture of terpotymer with nonionic surfactants is also better than that of the mixture of the biopolymer with nonionic surfactants.
