聚醚改性硅油的制备及其在棉织物舒适性整理中的应用

Preparation of Polyether Modified Silicones and Its Application in Comfortable Finishing of Cotton Fabric

以甲基含氢硅油、烯丙基聚醚(F6)为原料,通过硅氢加成反应制备聚醚改性硅油。研究了硅氢加成反应因素对聚醚改性硅油产率的影响,优化了硅氢加成反应的条件,测定了聚醚改性硅油整理棉织物的柔软度、亲水性和抗静电性。结果表明,硅氢加成反应优化条件为:催化剂氯铂酸用量为25 mg/kg,nC=C∶nSiH为1.20∶1,反应温度93℃,反应时间3.25 h,溶剂为异丙醇。所合成的聚醚改性硅油具有一定的表面活性。相对未整理织物,聚醚改性硅油整理棉织物的柔软性、亲水性和抗静电性得到明显的改善;相对氨基硅油整理的棉织物,其柔软性相当,但其亲水性和抗静电性能具有明显优势。研究表明所合成的聚醚改性硅油不失为高档棉织物理想的舒适性整理剂。

Polyether modified silicones are prepared with polyhydrosiloxane and allyl polyether as monomers by means of hydrosilation. Several key factors involving hydrosilation which affect yield of polyether modified silicones are studied and the synthesis process conditions are optimized. Polyether modified silicones is applied in comfortable finishing of cotton fabric and the hydrophilicity, antistatic property and softness of finished cotton fabric are measured. The optimum synthesis process conditions are that the weight concentration of catalyst is 25 mg/kg, the mol ratio of allyl polyether to polyhydrosiloxane is 1.20 1, the reaction temperature and time is 93℃ and 3. 25h respectively, and the system solvent is isopropanol. Polyether modified silicones prepared by this synthesis process has appropriate surface activity. All of the hydrophilicity, antistatic property and softness of cotton fabric finished with polyether modified silicones are obviously improved compared to unfinished cotton fabric. Compared with the cotton fabric treated by amino silicone oil, the one by polyether modified silicones exhibites mostly similar softness performance and more favorable hydrophilicity and antistatic property. It is concluded that polyether modified silicones is a kind of comfortable finishing agent for making favorableness and high-quality cotton fabric.
