The paper proposes the impact of external factors enterprises for indigenous innovation of the index system. Through surveys and field research, using the SPSS empirical analysis of external factors, the paper made further amendments to the index system. Finally, empirical research findings and feedback obtained information on government departments and enterprises for indigenous innovation in the area are put forward as suggestions.
