摘要
目的建立工作场所空气中二氯乙烷、三氯甲烷同时测定的热解吸气相色谱方法。方法按照《工作场所空气中有毒物质检测方法研究规范》的要求进行实验室实验及现场实验。结果本法的重现性较好,平均相对标准偏差在5.0%以内,最低检测浓度均在6.8mg/m3以内,热解吸效率均在86.3%以上,空气中同时存在二氯乙烷、三氯甲烷时可在本方法条件下同时测定。结论此方法各项指标均达到《工作场所空气中有毒物质检测方法研究规范》的要求,适用于工作场所空气中二氯乙烷、三氯甲烷的同时现场监测。
Objective To establish a solvent desorption and gas chromatographic method for the simultaneous determination of dichloroethane and trichloromethane in the air of workplace. Methods This method was based on the "Standardization of Determination Method for Toxic Substances in Workplace Air". Results The average RSD of this method was below 5.0%, the lowest detection limit of the method was 6. 8 mg/m^3 , dichloroethane and trichloromethane in the air of workplaces could be determinated simultaneously and both desorption efficiencies were above 86. 3%. Conclusions The results showed that this method has already met all the neccessary requirements of the "Standardization of Determination Method for Toxic Substances in Workplace Air", and refers to the application of the simultaneous determination of dichloroethane and trichloromethane in air of workplace.
