GDNF在胰腺癌神经侵袭中的作用

The Role of Glial Cell-derived Neurotrophic Factor (GDNF) in Neural Invasion of Pancreatic Carcinoma

神经侵袭是胰腺癌的特殊转移途径，近年来一些研究证实胶质细胞源神经营养因子（GDNF）在胰腺癌神经侵袭中起着重要作用。本文对GDNF在胰腺癌中的表达及与临床指标的关系，对于胰腺癌细胞的化学趋化作用及促增殖分化作用以及与神经侵袭有关的其他因子的关系等进行综述，并指出胰腺癌神经侵袭的研究可能为临床治疗胰腺癌提供新的思路。

Neural invasion is the specific metastasis pathway of pancreatic cancer. In recent years, accumulated data showed that GDNF plays an important role in neural invasion. This article reviews GDNF about its expression and its relationship with clinical index, its chemotaxis and proliferation - promoting effect on pancreatic tumor cells as well as the other factors related to neural invasion. It is also suggested that study about neural invasion will provide new idea for the clinical therapy of pancreatic cancer.
