子宫内膜癌中内分泌分化机制的探讨

摘要 内分泌细胞常见于消化道、呼吸道等内胚层起源的器官,研究证实正常子宫内膜存在少量内分泌细胞,子宫内膜癌组织中出现内分泌型细胞也是较常见的现象。内分泌细胞可影响肿瘤的生长、浸润、转移和血管生成等过程,但有关子宫内膜癌的内分泌分化机制及其与临床预后的关系研究较少,本文就这一领域的研究现状进行综述。 Endocrine ceils frequently present in endoderm - genesia organs, such as alimentary canal and respiratory passage. It has been demonstrated that a few endocrine ceils live in endometrial and these cells can be observed in endometrial cancer tissue commonly. Endocrine ceils have been regarded to be associated with the growth, infiltration, aversion and Angiogenesis of tumor cells. However, there are less reports on mechanism of differentiation in neuroendocrine and its relationship with clinical prognosis. This article reviewed the progress on mechanisms of emdocrine differentiation in endometrioid adenocarcinoma.
