儿科肝脏疾病的检查及其临床意义

Examination and Clinics about Pediatric Liver Diseases

肝脏疾病是儿科的常见疾病，其常见病因和成人肝脏疾病不同，常用检查手段也有所不同。本文就目前儿科肝脏疾病的传统生化检查及B超引导下肝穿刺术和介入治疗、超声造影、磁共振胆胰管成像、多层螺旋CT及多层螺旋CT血管成像、核素肝胆显像、吲哚氰绿实验、遗传代谢筛查等技术进行综述。

The liver diseases are common ones in paediatric department. The ordinary causes and the examining methods of liver diseases are different between children and adult. In the article, technologies of examining the liver diseases in children at present, including traditional biochemical examining,uhrasound-guided needle aspiration biopsy and interventional therapy, contrast-enhanced ultrasound, magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography, multislice spiral CT and muhislice spiral CT angiography, hepatobiliary scintigraphy,indocyanine green excretive test as well as screening program for inborn errors of metabolism etc,were reviewed.
