药物洗脱支架治疗左主干病变

Treating Left Main Coronary Disease with Drug-eluting Stent

冠状动脉搭桥术曾被认为是左主干病变治疗的首选，近年来随着药物洗脱支架的应用和操作技巧、器械的进步，越来越多的临床试验证实药物洗脱支架治疗左主干病变具有完全可行的疗效。现在左主干病变不再是介入治疗的禁忌证。本文从介入治疗左主干病变的适应证，药物洗脱支架及冠状动脉搭桥术治疗左主干病变的疗效对比加以阐述。

Coronary artery bypass grafting has long been considered as the first selection for left main coronary artery revascularization. Drug-eluting stents have applied in left main coronary artery lesion, more and more clinical trials have proved that it is safe and feasible to treat left main stenosis with dmg-eluting stents in recent years. The indication of interventional treatment on left main lesion and the comparison efficacy of coronary artery bypass surgery with percutaneous coronary intervention with drug-eluting stents for left main coronary disease are described in this paper.
