摘要
腹腔镜手术并发症具有与开腹手术不同的特点，常见有穿刺并发症、气腹相关并发症以及能量器械相关并发症等。一些腹腔镜手术的并发症常常不易发现，且处理有一定的难度，并发症的发生可能使微创手术变为严重的损伤，甚至需要开腹手术处理。手术方式和手术范围、医师的手术经验是影响并发症发生的主要因素。因此，腹腔镜手术并发症的治疗以预防为主，应加强手术医师的培训，严格手术操作规范。
The complications of laparoscopic surgery have the different characteristics with open-abdomen surgery,be saw frequently as puncture complication, aeroperitonia related complication, and energy instrument related complication. Some complications of laparoscopic surgery is often not easy to be found and have some difficulty to handle, the occurrence of complication maybe make minimally invasive surgery to become a serious injury or even need to deal with laparotomy. Surgical methods and operation scope, the doctor＇ s surgery, are the main factors to complications. So the treatment of complications of laparoscopic surgery use prevention mainly, should strengthen surgeon＇s training and strict norms of operation.
