摘要
总结了土木工程项目I、T项目、金融投资项目和其它项目的风险管理有关研究成果,在工程项目风险管理中引入了风险矩阵方法。考虑到工程项目全寿命周期、风险类别、各个风险管理方以及风险影响度等四个因素,建立了适合工程项目的风险矩阵,用实例说明了这种方法的应用。
This research methodology scattered in various areas. The paper sums up the risk management research results in the civil engineering field, the IT field, investment and other fields. Project total cycle, risk classification, many participants and risk influence are considered in the project risk management. A risk management matrix method appropriate to civil engineering projects is advanced. At last a ease is given to explained the application of the method.
