2009年注定了是一个让人左右为难的年份。这一年，世界金融危机的阴霾并不可能完全散去，中国工程机械产业上下游的信心指数还将继续徘徊在低位：与此同时，中央政府出台了一系列有利于经济快速发展，有利于企业渡过难关的政策，并明确表示经济刺激“出手要快、出拳要重、措施要准、工作要实”，可见一向稳重出牌的中央政府“保8”之决心。
The year of 2009 is not easy to us,because the influence of the world economic crisis is not away,the confidence around Chinese construction machinery industry is also in the low.At the same time,the Central Government published a series of policies to stimulate the economy and help the enterprises to get through the difficulty. Some optimistic persons have forecasted that Chinese construction machinery market would get better in the second half of 2009,and even in the second quarter of 2009.But there also exits lots of doubts whether or not Chinese economy can recover so quickly and the expanding domestic demand can be in real earnest.We especially invited some insiders to talk about what the way would be to Chinese construction machinery market in 2009.
