小麦在家禽日粮中的应用技术
摘要
利用小麦代替玉米作为家禽能量饲料来源成为近年来国内的研究热点。本文通过对小麦日粮的品种及营养特性,家禽麦类日粮中酶制剂的选择和应用、配方的科学调整、加工工艺等应用技术进行综述,旨在为小麦在家禽日粮中的合理使用提供理论依据。
