摘要 针对无位置传感器无刷直流电动机转子位置检测方法存在的不足,提出了一种带互补补偿的改进续流二极管法。该方法通过采用互补补偿的PWM方式对逆变器进行控制,消除了续流二极管法需要移相带来的位置检测误差,并且在电机负载较轻的情况下依然可以准确地检测到转子位置信号。利用所建立的无位置传感器无刷直流电动机的Pspice仿真模型对带互补补偿的改进续流二极管法进行了仿真研究,仿真结果验证了理论分析的正确性。 Based on the investigation of demerit of the rotor - position detecting method of sensorless brushless DC motor, an improved rotor- position detecting method of sensorless brushless DC motor was proposed, which was referred to as improved free - wheeling diode method with complementary PWM mode. The improved method solved effectively the detection error and also detected the precise rotor - position when the motor had light load. With the Pspice simulation mode on improved free - wheeling diode method complementary PWM mode was built. Simulation was made which confirmed the theoretical analysis of the presented technique.
