基于伺服电机的水轮机调速器研究

摘要 目前大多数中小型水电站的水轮机调速器以步进电动机为执行机构的电气-机械转换部件,它存在有步距误差、失步等问题,从而严重影响了水轮机调速器的整体性能。提出在对中小型水轮机调速器的改造和升级中用交流伺服电机代替步进电动机为执行机构的电气-机械转换部件,试验验证该方案不但克服了步进电动机带来的固有缺陷,而且提高了调速器的整体性能。 At present the turbine governor of most small and medium - sized hydropower stations an electric - mechanical converting component whose implementing agencies is stepper motor, there are step errors, out - of - step and other major problems, so they seriously affect turbine governor's overall performance. Based on these problems, the stepper motor was replaced by AC servo motor for the implementing agencies of the electric - mechanical converting components in the transformation and upgrading of small and medium - sized turbine governor, the experiment proved that the programme not only overcame the inherent defects of stepper motors, but also improved the the overall performance of turbine governor.
