详细介绍了MC9S12HZ微控制器的步进电动机停转检测模块的原理。给出了步进电动机停转检测模块的原理框图,分析了该模块如何利用控制开关、A/D转换和积分电路来检测步进电动机中非驱动绕组中的感应电动势,并利用该电动势的大小来进一步判断电机的运行状态。最后还给出了如何利用该模块进行步进电动机停转检测的程序流程图和相关程序。
The principles of the stepper stall detector (SSD) block of MC9S12HZ was introduced in detail. The block diagram of the stepper stall detector was given. Then, the operation process was analyzed. This process revealed how the back electromotive force(EMF) signal present on the non -driven coil was detected by using control switch,A/D converter and integral circuit. Furthermore, the status of stepper was obtained by using EMF. Finally, a flowchart and software setup for stall detection of a stepper motor was given.
