摘要
采用经典的Mandelbrot分形模型、Underwood修正分形模型和分维谱模型对三种球墨铸铁断口的分形特性进行了研究,并应用于铸态球铁拉伸断口的断裂过程和断裂机制分析.
The fracture profiles of ductile irons were extracted by means of S600 data image processing sys-tem, their fractal characteristics were studied based on Mandelbrot fractal model and Underwood modified fractal model. In order to reveal more fracture characteristic informations, the statistical distribution laws in all scales of fracture profile fractal dimension of three types of ductile iron were investigated by means of fractal dimension spectrum model and its characteristic parameters. The rupture mechanism of as-cast ductile iron tensile fracture was also analyzed in this paper.
