绿茶多酚表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯对肝癌Hep G2细胞的增殖抑制作用和凋亡诱导效应 被引量:7

摘要 表没食子儿茶素-3-没食子酸酯((-)-epigallocatechin-3-gallate,EGCG)是绿茶多酚的主要成分,具有抗氧化、抗衰老、抗过敏和潜在的抗癌特性.本文运用MTT试验,DAPI染色和Annexin V-FITC分析了EGCG对肝癌Hep G2细胞的增殖抑制作用和凋亡诱导.结果表明,EGCG对Hep G2细胞具有明显的增殖抑制作用,存在剂量和时间依赖效应;EGCG能诱导Hep G2细胞凋亡,并具有剂量依赖效应. Epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG) is the major bioactive polyphenol present in green tea. It possesses antioxidant, anti-senescence, anti-inflammatory, and potential anti-carcer activity. In this paper, cell proliferation inhibition of EGCG on human hepatocellular carcinoma, Hep G2 cell line,has been studied with MTT assay, and apoptotic induction of EGCG on Hep G2 cells is measured by DAPI staining and Annexin V-FITC. The results show that EGCG inhibits proliferation of Hep G2 cells with dose- and time-dependence, and EGCG induces apoptosis of Hep G2 cells with dose-dependence.
