摘要
为确保汽车碰撞过程平稳性,提高吸能装置的自动化程度,针对螺纹剪切式汽车碰撞吸能装置,为其增加新的保险杠系统,并采用以单片机为核心的控制系统,通过接收传感器获取的轮速信号,计算碰撞能量大小,据此即可调整吸能装置的吸能能力。这样吸能装置可以在不同速度下具有相应的吸能能力,即实现吸能能力的自动控制。
For ensuring some smoothness during the automobile collision process,and improving the degree of automation of energy-absorbing equipment,the control of energy-absorbing equipment of screw shear type attached with a new bumper system for mitigation of automobile collision was studied.The control system with a microcontroller core was used.The collision energy can be calculated form the change of wheel-velocity picked up by the sensors,and according to which,the required energy-absorbing capability of energy-absorbing equipment can be adjusted.Thus,the energy-absorbing equipment will have different energy-absorbing capability for different vehicle speed.It is realized that the energy-absorbing capability can be controlled automatically.
