摘要
在应用显式动力学分析工具对微波炉跌落过程进行准确模拟的基础上,对现有微波炉的包装结构进行了设计优化。虚拟实验的结果验证了优化方案的可行性和有效性。优化的结构不仅提供了更好的保护效果,而且还减少了耗材,有效地降低了生产成本。
Based on accurate droptest simulation of microwave oven using explicit dynamics analyzing tool,the structure of the foam package was optimized and the optimum design was proved to be effective by virtue of virtual tests.It is shown that the optimum design provides better protection to the microwave oven,while the production cost is lowered due to less package material used.
