摘要
向高纯四氧化三锰中加入已知浓度的硫酸,制备不同含硫量的四氧化三锰、二氧化锰、硫酸锰的混合物控制样,将制备好的控制样干燥、混匀后,用高频红外碳硫分析仪分析控制样中的硫含量。分析结果表明:此方法制备的含硫控制样的均匀性较好,且所测得结果与计算所得含硫量基本吻合。测量中采用标准样品时时跟踪的方法,解决了测定结果不稳定的问题,使得测定结果重现性较好。通过对控制样进行数据和XRD分析表明,在计算控制样的理论含硫量时,需要考虑控制样中硫酸锰的结晶水,这样才能保证控制样的理论含硫量和实际含硫量基本相符。
Several mixed control samples of manganic manganous oxide, manganese dioxide and manganese sulfate with various sulfur content were prepared by adding sulfuric acid with known concentration into high pure manganic manganous oxide. Then they were dried and mixed, and the content of sulfur was determined by high frequency infrared ray carbon sulfur analyzer. The analytical results showed that the uniformity of these prepared samples with sulfur was good, and the measuring results were in good agreement with the calculated values. The adoption of in-time tracking by standard sample overcame the problems of unstable data, and the repeatability was good. The data and XRD analysis of control sample showed that crystallization water in manganese sulfate should be considered in the calculation, which guaranteed the accord of theoretical and practical sulfur content in control sample.
