摘要
设计了一种高精度、数字化的三角波测量仪器,能对(0~5)MHz的任意周期的信号进行频率、幅值、斜率测量。TMS320LF2407数字信号处理器作为主处理器,用前置电路对待测信号做信号变换处理,根据实际被测信号的频率范围,采用等效采样的方法对被测信号进行等周期采样。在信号处理上,提出了用最小二乘法进行曲线拟合的方法对采样数据进行处理,使信号能精确地得到复现,确保测量精度。通过对频率为1k、100k、5M的信号进行测量,结果表明,系统频率测量误差小于0.2%,幅值和斜率误差小于2%。
This paper designs a high-accuracy,digital triangle waveform signal measurement instrument for measuring (0-5)MHz arbitrary cycle Hertz signal's frequency,amplitude and slope. TMS320LF2407 digital signal processor (DSP) which is taken as the main processor,using pre-cireuit to signal transform,according to the range of measured signal's frequency,presents the method of equivalent cycle sampling. And then the method of least square curve fitting is applied in process the sampling data,the signal can be accurately rehabilitation,insure measurement accuracy, The frequency is 1k,100k,5M signal to be measured,and results show that the frequency measurement error is less than 0.2%,the amplitude and slope error is less than 2%.
