摘要
目前国内运行的磷酸浓缩生产线基本上采用单级,存在系列多、设备过于庞大、换热器等部分设备需引进、工程造价高、蒸汽消耗大等缺点。而采用两级蒸发浓缩设计,可比一级蒸发减少占地面积,节省投资约30%,节省循环水用量约1/3,同时电耗和蒸汽消耗亦较少。
Currently the domestic production lines for the concentration of phosphoric acid in opsteam consumption high. By the adoption of the two-stage evaporation design, the floor space required is less than that for the single-stage evaporation, with a saving of about 30% in investment, about onethird in circulating water, and a reduction in power and steam consumption.
