Use of Integrated Methanol Process in Production of Chemical Fertilizers

介绍了联醇工艺在国内化肥工业的发展概况。对在化肥生产中影响醇氨比调整的关键因素,即氢氮比、原料气和变换气中CO含量、气体净化、催化剂使用等进行了分析,提出了相关调整控制方案。

The development is depicted of the integrated methanol process in the domestic chemical fertilizer industry. An analysis is made of the key factors that affect the adjustment of the methanol- ammonia ratio in chemical fertilizer production, viz., the hydrogen-nitrogen ratio, CO content in feed gas and shift effluent, gas purification, and use of catalysts, and a plan is proposed for corresponding adjustment control.
