摘要 通过蒸汽雾化式减温器的减温过程分析其质量和热量平衡,建立减温后的蒸汽流量和减温水流量公式,阐明影响减温水流量和减温后蒸汽温度的各种因素。针对蒸汽雾化式减温器的结构提出了减温水品质、雾化蒸汽压力、汽化长度、喷水调节阀、选型等使用要求。结合蒸汽雾化式减温器的优缺点,简要介绍了蒸汽雾化式减温器的应用现状。 During temperature lowering in the steam atomizing desuperheater an analysis is made of its mass and heat balance, an equation is established for the steam flowrate and water flowrate for lowering the temperature after temperature lowering, and the various factors are explained affecting the temperature-lowering water flowrate and the steam temperature after temperature lowering. In line with the structure of the desuperheater, operating requirements are put forward for the quality of water for temperature lowering, the pressure of the atomizing steam, the duration of vaporization, the spray regu- lation value and type selection. In connection with the merits and demerits of the desuperheater, a brief presentation is given of the present status of its use.
