荆江-洞庭湖洪水演进模型

A flood routing model for Jingjiang River-Dongting Lake and its application

摘要 长江中游是由水库、湖泊、蓄滞洪区组成的复杂防洪工程体系,针对荆江-洞庭湖复杂河网系统规模庞大、水流复杂的特点,建立了一、二维联算洪水演进模型,其中河道与湖区采用一维河网模型,分蓄洪区水流采用二维模型模拟.模型提出了实时预报模式、河网断流计算模式、河道与分蓄洪区水量交换模式.将模型用于荆江特大洪水调度,较好地反映了洪水在荆江-洞庭湖河网区的演进过程,模型可用于实际防洪调度方案评估. The flood control works of the middle reach of the Yangtze River include reservoirs, lakes and flood diversion area. The river networks of Jingjiang River and Dongting Lake with large related areas has much complex law. According to the characteristics, a combined 1D and 2D model for flood routing is established. Furthermore, river flow adopts 1D model; 2D model is used for water movement in flood diversion and detention area. And it processed the real-time prediction model, the water interception model of river network and the model of water-exchange in river and diversion area. The model has been used in the catastrophic flood operating of the Jingjiang River. The result shows that the model can reflect the process of the flood routing in the Yangtze River, Dongting Lake and the diversion area. And it can apply to the evaluation of the flood control.
