中药复方治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的文献分析

Document analysis of compound recipe on treatment of diabetic retinopathy in Chinese medicine

目的：初步探讨中药复方治疗糖尿病视网膜病变（DR）的治法和用药规律。方法：1994～2007年通过检索国内学术期刊数据库，对符合纳入标准的文章，运用统计学方法进行药物分析。结果：共纳入文献89篇，主要介绍了8种中医治法，涉及到127味中药，报道2次以上的中药共54味。其中，最常使用的是活血化瘀法、益气法和养阴法，在89篇文献中各．占84．3％、69．7％和62．9％；报道最多的是补虚药和止血活血祛瘀药，在54味药物中各占35．2％和27．8％。结论：虚、瘀是DR主要发病原因，在应用中药复方时多采用益气养阴、活血化瘀标本兼治之法。

Objective： Initially discussing the rules of diabetic retinopathy treated with compound recipe. Methods. By researching domestic database of domestic journals, found out articles that matches standard,using statistic methods to analysis compound recipe on treatment of diabetic retinopathy in Chinese medicine for the last 15 years. Results： We internalized 89 articles,which mostly including 8 different methods,and refering to 127 Chinese herbs . Among them about 54 were reported than two times. The methods which were most commonly used were the activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis, the benefiting vital energy and nourishing Yin. They account in 84.3 %, 69.7 % and 62.9 ~ separately among 89 articles. The mostly reported herbs were reinforce deficieney,hematischesis promoting blood flow remo- ving blood stasis,which account in 35.2% and 27.8% separately. Conclusion. The most commonly pathogenesis of diabetic retinopathy in Chinese medicine were ＂deficiency＂ and ＂stagnation of blood＂, so supplementing Qi and nourishing Yin and activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis were the main methods to treat the disease.
