电针对神经病理痛模型大鼠热辐射痛阈的影响

摘要 目的:观察电针对神经病理痛模型大鼠热辐射痛阈的影响以及与传统毫针的差别。初步探讨电针干预神经病理性疼痛的作用,为电针治疗神经病理性疼痛提供初步的实验依据。方法:本研究采用坐骨神经分支选择性损伤的神经病理性疼痛模型,在术前1 d、术后1,3,5,7 d以及第6次电针后测定各组的热辐射刺激缩足潜伏期及变化。观察电针干预后大鼠热辐射痛阈的变化。结果:治疗后,治疗组神经病理痛模型大鼠的热辐射痛阈均没有明显的改善,自身前后对照均没有显著性差异(P>0.05);两组间比较同样没有显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:在这个模型上,电针、单纯针刺在对大鼠术侧热辐射痛阈的影响上没有差异。
