参芪扶正注射液联合放疗治疗老年晚期非小细胞肺癌

Shenqi Fuzheng Injection combined with three dimensional-conformal radiotherapy for old patient's advanced non-small cell lung cancer

目的观察参芪扶正注射液联合三维适形放疗(3DCRT)治疗老年晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的疗效、不良反应及细胞免疫功能变化。方法42例老年NSCLC患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组21例,予3DCRT治疗,剂量为2Gy/次,5次/周,共35次,总剂量70Gy。治疗组21例,3DCRT治疗同时予参芪扶正注射液250mL,静脉滴注,1次/日,至放疗结束后7d。均在放疗结束后60d评价疗效。应用流式细胞仪检测细胞免疫指标。结果治疗组有效率85.7%,对照组有效率66.6%(P>0.05)。治疗组患者的临床症状改善率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组放射性肺炎、放射性食管炎发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组细胞免疫功能治疗后明显提高(P<0.05)。结论参芪扶正注射液联合3DCRT治疗老年NSCLC临床疗效好,不良反应小,并能提高患者细胞免疫功能,有一定临床应用价值。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy, side effect and cytoimmunity function of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection combined with three dimensional-conformal radiotherapy（3DCRT） for old patient＇s advanced non-small cell lung cancer（NSCLC）. Methods Forty-two old patients with NSCLC were randomly divided into therapy and control groups. Twenty-one patients in the con- trol group were given 3DCRT, the others in the therapy group were given Shenqi Fuzheng Injection combined with 3DCRT. Results The effective rates were 85.7 %vs 66.6 % （P〉0.05）. The clinical symptom＇s amelioration in the therapy group was better than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. The toxicity in the therapy group was lower than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. The cytoimmunity function in the therapy group was improved （P〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion Shenqi Fuzheng Injection combined with 3DCRT for old patient＇s advanced NSCLC is well effective,while it can enhance the cytoimmunity function of the patients.
