根据锯齿冠结构原理,导出了包含锯齿冠结构特性参数(λ、ψ、βu、Δβ)的关系式,即锯齿冠结构特性方程,并将其图解成锯齿冠结构特性曲线,直观、清晰地描述了各特性参数之间的关系和变化规律;揭示了由实际条件产生的"紧度偏差",论述了锯齿冠结构的设计方法。同时指出,选择过大的接触角会使叶冠失效而引发叶片故障。
The relationship of characteristic parameters(λ、ψ、βμ、Δβ)of serrated shroud was derived based on the structure principle of serrated shroud, and was diagrammatized to the characteristics of serrated shroud. The relations and laws of change of the parameters were described clearly and visually. The "tension deviation" derived by actual condition was revealed and the design method of serrated shroud was discussed. The oversized contact angle selected would result in blade failure.
