摘要
建立了某型螺旋桨的传力结构与动力学模型,对其振动传递路径进行了分析;采用锤击方法进行了螺旋桨振动传递试验研究,得到了由螺旋桨到功率输出机匣的振动传递率,应用该振动传递率对功率输出机匣测量振动进行了修正,并将其结果用于螺旋桨叶片振动应力计算。结果表明,试验研究方案可行。
The carrythrough structure and dynamic models for a propeller were established, and the transmission path of vibration was analyzed. The experimental investigation of vibration transmission for propeller was performed by using hammering method. The vibration transmissibility from propeller to power output casing was obtained which was applied to correct the measurement vibration of the power output casing, and the results were used for the calculation of the blade vibration stress of the propeller. The results show that the method is feasible.
