摘要 在各种传感器的制造过程中经常使用超薄不锈钢材料,某压力膜盒即采用该材料,其环缝需要采用精密凸焊。焊接过程中很容易出现烧伤、飞溅、慢性泄漏等质量缺陷,通过采用多种技术措施及特殊设计的焊接夹具,成功地解决了上述质量难题。 Ultrathin stainless steel materials were widely used in the manufacturing of many kinds of sensors.Precise projection welding of circunmferential seam was used in manufacturing the pressured diaphragm sensor with ultrathin stainless steel materials.In the welding, there were some defects frequently such as bums,spatter,pores and slow leakage around seam.The above problems were solved by use of special technical measures and specially designed welding jig to ensure high consistency and stability of welding in mass production.
