摘要
利用先进的录波双存储技术、同步编码技术、嵌入式结构等新型故障录波装置对轧钢变电站升级进行改造,并介绍其应用及运行效果。实践证明,此次改造为提高该站安全运行水平,为今后其他站所的在线改造提供参考。
The present paper introduces the revamp and upgrade of the Transformer Substation of the Rolling Mill in WISCO by updating its facilities including usage of the new type fault wave recorders featured with implementation of the advanced wave recording and dual storage technique, synchro-eneoding technique and embedded structure as well as the results of application in the practical running. Practice demonstrates that the running safety level of the Station has been raised since the revamp, thus providing other stations of the similar kind with some reliable reference for their on-line revamp.
