摘要
江苏油田W2断块注水开发后期出现严重的结垢问题,导致油井炮眼堵塞,产液量下降。为此,分析了该区块油井结垢特点及垢的组成,通过匹配性实验、静态防垢率实验、防垢动力学(结垢诱导期)实验和动态岩心驱替实验对国内外不同防垢剂进行评价,最后筛选出综合性能较好的防垢剂进行现场试验,提出了化学防垢和挤注防垢剂工艺技术。现场使用10多个月,未见结垢迹象,提高了油田产量,取得了良好的经济效益。
This paper describes the laboratory and field application of scale inhibitor squeeze technique in W2 Block of Jiangsu Oilfield.Scale has been found in perforation holes,casing surface,tubing and surface facilities in oil production wells after several years of water injection,which could reduce oil production after 4~5 months of workovers.The characteristics and mechanisms of scale were analyzed.Experimental study has been conducted for selection scale inhibitors in terms of chemical compatibility,efficiency of scale control,and adsorption for squeeze treatment.A phosphonate based scale inhibitor has been selected for field trials.Good performances on scale inhibition,oil production,and pump efficiency have been observed.The squeeze treatment life has been more than ten months.
