超声心动图在心房颤动中应用的新进展 被引量：5

摘要 心房颤动（房颤）是临床上最常见的心律失常之一，对于房颤病理机制的进一步理解使我们有了更加深入细致的治疗方法。超声心动图在评价房颤患者心脏结构功能及决定治疗策略上发挥了独特及重要的作用。超声心动图，尤其是经食道超声心动图指导直接电转复或鉴定有无心房内血栓形成，已在指南中被推荐应用于房颤的处理。近年来开展的新技术一组织多普勒及心腔内超声心动图在房颤的诊断治疗以及对房颤患者左心房、左心耳功能的评价中发挥了越来越重要的作用。
