摘要
龙滩水电站的7台水轮机转轮,最大直径为8m,成品总重为250t,由于电站运输条件限制,均在龙滩工地进行制造。这是世界上首个单机出力为700MW的水轮机组,采用转轮现场制造模式,并完全达到甚至超过制造厂内生产的质量标准。介绍了龙滩转轮现场制造的工艺以及现场制造设备的优化情况,并对制造中采用的新工艺及先进的设备进行了说明。
Due to transportation limitation,seven hydyoturbine runners for longtan Hydropower Plant,with maximum diameter of 8 meters,net weight of 250 tons,have to been manufactured in the construction site. These are the first runners in the world,with maximum output of 700MW,were manufactured in site. The quality level completely reachs the standards same as manufactued in supplier's factory. This article introduces the site manufacture processes and optimization of the facilities,illustrates some advanced technology and new equipment for Longtan runner manufacturing.
