摘要
采用内燃机噪声声功率级测量的简易工程法,对比测试使用不同直径发动机冷却风扇4100QBZL柴油机的噪声.测试结果表明,风扇直径对发动机声功率级有明显影响;风扇直径增大,发动机声功率级减小,功率损失加大、油耗升高;根据实验数据绘制出该发动机的噪声频谱特性曲线,并分析柴油机的整机噪声随其频率的变化规律.
A simple method of grading the internal combustion engine noise by its sound power level is adopted to compare the noises of 4100QBZL diesel engine with cooling fans of different diameters. It is shown through the results that the diameter of the cooling fan has a significant influence on the engine sound power level. When the diameter is increased, the sound power level of the engine is decreased, although the loss of power and the fuel consumption are both increased. A spectrum curve of the engine noise frequency is rendered based on the experimental data. How the engine noise varies to the diverse frequency is finally analyzed.
