摘要 美国威斯康星大学苏必略分校从师范学校、教师学院到大学的发展历程,展现了美国教师教育机构发展的典型路径。一百多年来,美国政治、经济、文化的发展,基础教育的发展,教师职业专业化的诉求,教育教学理念的论争等,是不断推动美国教师教育制度变革的重要因素。尽管"只要学好学科专业知识就能当好老师"的论调依然存在,但美国教师职业日益走向专业化正在成为现实。 The development of University of Wisconsin-Superior, from Teachers School, Teachers College to Normal University, shows the typical development path of teacher education structure of US. More than 100 years, because of the demands of the development of American politics, economy, culture, elementary education and professional teaching career, the ideas of education and teaching have been the important elements to push continuously the reformation of teacher educational system in US. Although the opinion "to be a good teacher only if mastering the major knowledge" is still there, it's coming to the reality that the teaching career has been reaching professionalization.
