摘要
节能降耗一直是工业生产中的关键,在现有的生产条件下,如何调整参数以达到节约热能的目的是本文研究的重点.通过分析工件加热过程中的规律,对其进行最优控制,从而达到节省能源的目的,并通过对实际问题的分析与假设,建立了最优控制模型,对其加以可行性分析,从而得到了理论上的最优控制策略,同时给出了关键参数的算法和计算最省燃料量的公式.
Saving energy and reducing energy consumption are always the key in the industrial production process. Under the present production conditions, how to adjust the parameter to fullfil saving heat energy is the main point that the paper studies. Through the analysis of the regularity of workpiece heating process,the best control method applied in the process is discussed to save energy; and then through the analysis of and hypothesis of the real problems,the best control model is established; through the feasible analysis on which the best control stratigy is obtained theoretically. At the same time, the method to calculate the key parameters and the formulas to save energy most are offered in the paper.
