Analyzing the special relationship of the shadow places and predominant places offers a new visual angle to the theory of the shadow places＇ development. Based on both static and dynamic game, this article analyzes the game between the shadow place and the predominant place, trying to find to the scale of the shadow place ins its process out the Nash Equilibrium in it. It also pays attention of development, giving some sustainable strategies to it.
