摘要
人力资本投资的自身特点决定了企业对员工进行人力资本投资充满了风险,然而企业不能因存在风险而不进行人力资本投资。人力资本投资与存在的风险是相互博弈的一对矛盾。从纳什均衡理论出发,当这对矛盾符合纳什均衡条件时,企业应采用选择专用性人力资本投资;通用性人力资本投资成本共担;签订投资协议;做好投资后的工作,做到情感留人;发挥培训后员工潜力,提供更大发展舞台等措施。
The enterprise runs a risk of human capital investment owing to its characteristics, while the enterprise can not give it up because of the risk. Namely, human capital investment and risk are mutual game-phying contradiction. When the contradiction matches the oondition of Nash Equilibrium, the enterprise should take some measures to choose specific human capital investment, undertake the responsibility of general human capital investment together, sign investment agreement, make efforts to keep the employee by feeling, play trained employees' potential and provide more developing space for them.
