摘要
进行了电动助力转向控制系统控制策略的理论分析.提出了基本助力控制算法及实现方法.确定了曲线性转矩助力特性,依据转向盘转动速度选择控制逻辑.目标转矩的控制采用专家PID调节器,使转矩调节更平稳,能有效地提高电机响应速度,使电机跟随性更好.仿真结果表明:控制策略在实际系统应用中具有良好效果,达到了系统的控制要求.
This paper expounds upon the theoretical analysis of an electric power steering (EPS) system and proposes the basic assisting torque control arithmetic and the realization method, determines torque curve assisting characteristics and chooses control logic based on steering speed and adopts expert PID con- troller for aim torque. The control performance of the system has stable steering torque characteristic and has effectively enhanced the electrical machinery speed of response, and caused electrical machinery adher- ing to be better. The simulation results show that the developed EPS system improves the steering easiness and road feel, meets the system control requirements.
