摘要
基于奥利康螺旋锥齿轮的切齿理论,建立了奥利康螺旋锥齿轮接触区域的几何修正模型,给出了影响齿长、齿高方向接触位置的因素,推导了调整接触区位置各参数的调整量计算公式,提出了齿长和齿高方向的接触区域调整方法.
Based on the cutting theory of Olinkon spiral bevel gear system, this paper establishes the geo- metrical correction model of the contact zone to Olinkon spiral bevel gear system, gives the influence factor of the contact point of the length and height of the tooth, derivates the adjustment function for adjusting the parameters of the contact point, and puts forward the adjustment method for the contact of the length and height of the tooth.
