The paper introduced work mechanism, work plan, measurement and characteristic in the course of FoShan constructing a NEPMC, and discussed the characteristic of FoShan successfully constructing a NEPMC, and analyzed the FoShan＇s efforts at across- the- aboard improving environmental quality since constructing a NEPMC. The paper also provided some useful experience in FoShan successfully constructing a NEPMC for the cities which plan to construct a NEPMC or which are constructing a NEPMC.
