摘要 文章利用粉煤灰/膨润土-聚丙烯酸盐聚合研制了一种化学固沙材料,通过大量的实验研究,确定了该固沙材料的最优配比,粉煤灰、膨润土和水玻璃的含量分别为60%、32%和16%,此条件下的固沙材料抗压强度及吸水、保水能力最佳。综合考虑到抗压强度、吸水率、失水率和经济成本,最佳配比确定为:粉煤灰、膨润土、水玻璃、聚丙烯酰胺与聚乙烯醇分别为50.4%、33.6%、8%、3%和5%,经核算每千克化学固沙剂的成本3.6元,说明了该固沙材料固沙的可行性及经济性。探讨了该膨润土粉煤灰水玻璃的固结机理、化学固沙机理及化学固沙材料的应用。 This experiment was about the solidfying - sand materials with the fly ash and bentonite by polyacrylate polymerizing. By a great deal of experiments we found the optimal ratio of solid sand material was that the fly ash was 60%, the bentonite was 32% and the water glass was 16%, and in that condition compression strength, water absorbing capacity and water holding capacity of the solidfying - sand materials were the best. Considering compression strength, water absorbing rate, water water losing rate and economic cost together the the optimal ratio was that the fly ash was 50. 4%, the bentonite was 33. 6%, the water glass was 8%, the polyacrylamide was 3 % and the polyvinyl alcohol was 5% in the end, the cost of the solidfying - sand materials per kilogram was ¥ 3.6. Those confirmed that high performance solid sand material possibility and the economy of the solid sand. The paper also dicussed the concretion mechanism about fly ash, bentonite and water glass, the mechanism of chemic solid- fying - sand and the applications of the solidifying - sand materials.
