摘要
现代经济意义下的长江上游地区不仅仅是一个以自然区为主要特征的区域,而是一个以经济区为重要特征的自然区和经济区重叠的区域,经济对环境的影响也在逐渐扩大。为了预测长江上游流域水环境的影响不同情况下对资源的利用效率,并在此基础上提出的解决措施,使用情景分析法对长江上游的主要经济活动带(云南、四川、贵州、重庆)未来20年的城市及工业用水效率进行了分析,为长江上游流域未来几年工业水污染控制以及城市污水治理提供科学依据。
In modem economy, Upstream of Yangtze River is not a natural area, but an area of economic region which is overlapped by natural and economic region, the environmental impact that is caused by economic activities is expanding. To prediction the resources utilization efficiency in different conditions in the upstream of Yangtze River, and find the solving measures, it analysises the water efficiency about the urban and industry in next twenty years in the mainly economic area in upstream of Yangtze River, provides the scientific basic for industry water control and urban sewage treatment in the future in upstream of Yangtze River.
